The Foreign Missions Society was established in 1921 with the commission to recruit, send and support French Canadian missioners at the service of the Gospel in areas around the world. The first FMS missioners left for China in 1925.
Today we are an international group composed of over 145 priests and 25 lay missioners coming from 11 countries. We proclaim the Gospel values and contribute in the building of a more humane and fraternal world especially in Asia, Latin America and in Africa.
